Frequently Asked Questions
What are your payment options?
We currently accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Credit, and debit cards. Zelle and Cash App information is available at checkout.
For Venmo details, please message 440-213-5010. When submitting your payment through these platforms, only include your order number in the notes. Do not mention peptides or list any product names, as this may result in your payment being frozen.

Do your peptides have certificate of analysis?
Yes We test every batch that comes in before anything is sold. The batch number on the vial is the identifier for the Batch COA
Can your peptides be injected into Humans or animals?
No they are not for Human or Animal use. Peptides are intended for lab use.
What is your return policy?
No Refunds or Exchanges, unless you have lab test showing our items don’t match levels quoted. In that case you will receive a replacement of the same product shipped by us.
What form are your products sold in?
All of our products are supplied in Vials containing white lyophilized powder
How long does it take for you to ship items?
Most items will ship within 24 hrs. If there is a problem and we are not able to ship in that time frame, you will be contacted to work out the issue.
How are your items shipped?
All items are shipped USPS and will usually arive in 2-6 days in most of the US. Timing depends on the type of shipping you choose.
Will I receive tracking information?
Priority mail and ground advantage both have tracking and 100$ insurance included. The other options do not include insurance or tracking.
Do you guys ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
