  • We are partnered with USPS to get you the best price and service time we can.

  • We work diligently to get all orders packed and dropped at the carrier within 24 hours.

  • We can fill the orders as fast as possible, but as soon as they are dropped at the post office, delivery speed and tracking become their responsibility.

  • Most items will ship within 24 hrs. If there is a problem and we are not able to ship in that time frame, you will be contacted to work out the issue.
  • All items are shipped USPS and will usually arive in 2-6 days in most of the US. Timing depends on the type of shipping you choose.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our products, there’s absolutely no refunds or exchanges whatsoever. If you receive anything that is damaged from the mail, you must reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the store credit 72 hours max.
  • If anything test below quoted purity or volume, we will replace that product at our cost.
